Housed within the popular Hilton Head Resort, this home is close to all the fun, boasting a plethora of exciting amenities to fill up all your days and nights. Tennis courts, three pools (one indoors), hot tub, steam room with sauna, exercise facility, and free seasonal shuttle service to the beach are all at your fingertips. You’ll be in the building closest to the private boardwalk, where a leisurely 0.4-mile stroll will lead you through the Lowcountry directly to Coco’s on the Beach, a relaxed tiki bar and grill favored by locals and visitors alike. Order up a tropical drink and enjoy the views along with the soothing coastal breeze. For a day of easy exploration, rent a bike onsite and peddle around the island, stopping to explore the shopping, dining, and parks along the way. Hilton Head is also a mecca for golfers, with one such option of the Robert Trent Jones oceanfront course right next door to the resort.

When you’re ready to cool off indoors, bright and fresh spaces welcome you in, where contemporary furnishings meet soothing neutral tones and coastal-chic décor to put you in the mood to relax and unwind. Plush living room sofa seating will be your go-to spot for casual downtime, streaming all your favorite shows on the large, mounted smart TV. The charming dining table seats 4 for formal meals, while 2 high-top stools at the counter are ideal for more quick and casual bites. The stylish kitchen is well-equipped for preparing all manner of meals at home, with ample countertop space and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. For a more peaceful moment outdoors, step onto the balcony and sip on your fresh cup of morning coffee as you greet the sun coming up on another perfect South Carolina day.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 full-size beds and a smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

In addition to its beaches and golf courses, Hilton Head Island has a variety of other attractions, including the Coastal Discovery Museum, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, the Hilton Head Island Museum, the Harbour Town Lighthouse and Museum, and the Port Royal Plantation Gullah Museum.
